On June 15, 2025, with the organization and coordination of the Xiangtan Tianyi Economic Development Zone, Hunan Sentai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. successfully hosted a delegation from the Republic of Namibia comprising government and business representatives. The delegation was led by Mr. Peter Shivute, Senior Government Official and Executive Director of the Investment Promotion and Development Agency of Namibia, and included key corporate representatives. The event featured two main components—on-site company visits and a government–business roundtable discussion—aimed at fostering mutual understanding and exploring opportunities for cooperation.

Accompanied by leaders of the Xiangtan Tianyi Economic Development Zone and our company’s senior executives, the delegation conducted an in-depth tour of our company’s core facilities:

1. Production Workshop: We gained an in-depth understanding of the product’s manufacturing processes and production flow, with a particular focus on the specifications and origins of all raw materials, as well as the physicochemical properties of the product and the reaction mechanisms underlying its production. The state-of-the-art, intelligent production line demonstrated our company’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and rigorous quality control system in the cellulose sector.

2. R&D Center: During the visit to Sentai’s R&D center, the company provided a detailed overview of its ongoing R&D investments, technological innovation achievements, and functional validation capabilities—key elements that underscore Sentai’s strong technological prowess.

3. Quality Inspection Center: Showcases world-class precision testing equipment and rigorous quality‑control procedures, ensuring that products are safe, effective, and reliable, in full compliance with international high‑end market standards.

4. Product Showroom: A comprehensive showcase of the company’s extensive product portfolio, highlighting its wide-ranging applications in sectors such as papermaking, household and industrial cleaning, coatings, textile dyeing and printing, mining, and oil drilling.

The delegation expressed high praise and keen interest in our company’s state-of-the-art production facilities, robust R&D capabilities, stringent quality management, and comprehensive product portfolio.

Following the visit, the two sides held a pragmatic and efficient symposium.

1. Introduction to the Tianyi Economic Development Zone: Director Zhao of the Tianyi Economic Development Zone delivered a speech, extending a warm welcome to the Namibian delegation and expressing his strong appreciation for and high expectations regarding the Namibian market. He highlighted the zone’s favorable business environment, the strength of its leading enterprises, and its role in fostering direct dialogue and cooperation between China and Namibia. Furthermore, he underscored the zone’s pivotal position as a key platform driving local economic development, promoting international friendship and exchanges, expanding economic and trade collaboration, and enhancing the business climate—providing robust support and laying a solid foundation for deeper, broader cooperation between China and Namibia in the future.

2. Introduction by the Namibian Side: The delegation outlined Namibia’s strengths and opportunities in sectors such as minerals, tourism, and fisheries, as well as its investment climate and industrial development policies, and expressed a strong commitment to deepening cooperation between China and Namibia.

This reception event was a complete success, yielding significant results:

1. Successfully showcased the company’s strengths: Effectively demonstrated to Namibian government and business leaders Sente Bio’s comprehensive capabilities, technological advantages, and international standing in the cellulose sector, significantly enhancing the company’s brand image and visibility in Namibia and across Africa.

2. Building an Efficient Communication Bridge: A direct communication channel has been established between Sentai Company and the relevant departments of the Namibian government, as well as with potential business partners, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth exchanges and cooperation.

3. Strengthening Government–Enterprise Collaboration: The event fully demonstrated the proactive role of the Xiangtan Tianyi Economic Development Zone in helping local enterprises expand internationally and connect with global resources, thereby deepening the collaborative model between government and enterprises for tapping into international markets.

4. Supporting National Strategies: Actively responding to the national initiatives to deepen China–Africa cooperation and jointly advance high-quality development of the Belt and Road, this represents a concrete example of local enterprises’ participation in China–Africa economic and trade cooperation.

This visit by the Namibian delegation not only marks a successful international exchange but also presents an important opportunity for Hunan Sentai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to expand into the African market and accelerate its global expansion.
